Growing up black , Allen went from the streets of Philly, to the Georgia South, no one expecting too much from him, but at 17, Allen Maxwell began what would become a 22 year career in the Navy stationed around the globe , reaching the rank of Chief Warrant Officer Three. He then became an Aero-Space Engineer at the Space and Naval Warfare Commander in San Diego. Today he runs Omni2Max, a defense contractor business with 100 employees in nine states and his new book, The System is unforgiving-Play by the Rules and Win, is now a Best Seller.
