I feel empowered listening and so appreciate Beverley's interactive conversation vs. feeling like a cold interview. It makes the stories much more relatable and enjoyable.I highly recommend this show to anyone wanting a reminder of just how capable we really are, and that age is simply a number...not a mindset!
