She is the founder of Tailored for Change, LLC, a bi-lingual private practice that was formed in response to the disappointments with the present mental health system. Nancy and approach is rooted in cultural humility and awareness, with a focus on serving diverse communities. She is certified in Gestalt therapy, EMDR trauma therapy, clinical supervision, Reiki, and Coherent Breath.
